How do I order?
 
Please click on the categories down the left-hand side of the website to view products, then click 'Add to Cart'. Our website uses PayPal, so you can be sure that payment is done through a secure service. PeggyCrafts does not see any of your card details, simply your order details and delivery address.  Once you proceed to checkout, you will be able to pay with any normal credit or debit card, or a Paypal account if you have one.

What are the postage costs?
 
There is a flat-rate charge of £1.50 for postage on all orders (all sizes).
 
All orders are sent with 1st class Royal Mail within 24 hours of us receiving your order.
 
Orders of over £30 in value are sent via recorded delivery (postage charge is still £1.50)
 
How will my item be packaged?
 
All PeggyCrafts items are packaged with lots of care in several layers of tissue, bubble wrap and pretty paper. They should arrive in perfect condition as we always package up orders carefully, but we can't be responsible for items damaged by the postal service.
 
Can my item be gift-wrapped?
 
Yes - we do enjoy gift-wrapping here at PeggyCrafts - please specify your gift-wrap colour preferences (if you have any) by filling in the 'Contact Me' form on the left. Gift-wrapped items will be wrapped in tissue and/or bubble wrap, gift paper and with a smart ribbon and bow.
 
There is no extra charge for gift-wrapping.
 
Can you post overseas?
 
 
Yes of course! Mrs. Flowers like to travel! Postage charge remains at £1.50.
 
 
I want to buy something in another colour - can you do this?

Yes. The website's shopping cart is powered by Paypal. PeggyCrafts does not see your card details at any point - only the details of the order and the shipping address.
